The sounds of the lake and the mountains inspire us every day. This very breeze led us to create and name ZEFIRO – Taste, Poetry & Panorama, a place designed to enhance our guests’ evenings.

STEFANO ROSSI

Born in Arco and raised among the scents of Trentino, Stefano chose to return to his roots after important experiences alongside great culinary masters in Italy and abroad.
His is an auteur cuisine, born from a deep understanding of raw ingredients and a genuine relationship with those who grow and nurture them every day.

By renouncing artifice, Stefano brings out the essential: healthy, authentic, and sustainable ingredients, carefully selected from a network of small local producers.
The flavors are defined but never overpowering. The textures are lightened without losing taste.

Each dish tells a story of Trentino, reimagined through a contemporary lens that never betrays its roots – but rediscovers them with respect and creativity.

We are pleased to delight our guests for evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
