On the day of arrival, check-in is from 3:00 pm. Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. On the day of departure, check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out can be agreed with the reception subject to availability and there will be a supplemental charge.

We accept all types of credit cards and cash up to the maximum amount allowed. Payments by bank transfer or check are not accepted.

The continental buffet breakfast is included in the rate and is served from 7:30 to 10:30 am. Every morning, the kitchen delivers a fruit and vegetable extract and a "Good Morning Welcome" to each guest's table. To continue, in addition to the great classics and sweets made by the hotel's pastry chef, different products are offered such as a variety of fish, oysters, berries and typical Trentino specialties. In addition, you can order à la carte dishes such as eggs benedict, waffles, pancakes and more. In winter, breakfast is served in the room overlooking the lake, while in summer it moves to the terrace, with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. Room service breakfast (€ 12 per service) can be booked the previous evening through the Guestnet platform or by contacting the room service at extension 924.

Our room service has a dedicated menu, available and guaranteed 24 hours a day. In addition, from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, the night service is active with an evening menu. Reservations can be made through the Guestnet platform or by calling extension 924.

Winter timetable November 2023 - April 2024

• The indoor swimming pool is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• The saunas and wet area are accessible from 10:00 to 8:00 pm.
• The gym is open 24/7.
• Treatments can be performed from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (by reservation, to be made at the spa reception desk). You may cancel your appointment free of charge by communicating it at least 6 hours in advance. In case of less notice, the full amount will be charged.
• The CXI Spa has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool, relaxation area, buffet area with hot water dispenser and Vitalis herbal teas, as well as dried and fresh seasonal fruit. There is also a gym, world of saunas, Turkish baths, salt room and cabins for treatments. The dry area consists of a Finnish sauna with a temperature of 98°C and a bio sauna of 55°C. The wet area includes a Mediterranean bath of 45°C and 55% humidity, and a Turkish bath of 45°C and 98% humidity.
• Spa etiquette: to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment during your stay in the spa and surrounding areas, we invite you to turn off your cell phones and maintain a moderate tone of voice. The staff reserves the right to deny access to anyone whose dress or behaviour may disturb or endanger other guests in the spa and surrounding areas.
• Smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the CXI Spa. Our staff will indicate the dedicated area to smoking customers.
• We also ask you to refrain from consuming food near the pools and not to bring glasses or glass bottles into any of the areas.
• All guests under the age of 18 who wish to receive treatments or use the services of the CXI Spa must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Access to saunas, Turkish baths and gym is prohibited for children under 14 years of age.
• Children under 14 can access the swimming pool area until 5:30 pm.

We have electric city bikes, which can be rented – we recommend booking the service a day in advance – at a cost of € 50 per bike for the whole day (from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) or € 25 for half a day (morning or afternoon). The rental includes bicycle, helmet and padlock. The front office team offers assistance to choose the best routes in the area and in line with your needs. Our bikes are suitable for adults and children 1.5 m tall and up. Upon request, we will take care of delivering any types of two-wheelers not available in our structure, which can be rented from local partners.

Each room is equipped with a mat and a roller. 

Ours is a non-smoking hotel; smoking is only permitted in specific outdoor spaces.

All pets are welcome (no size limit) at the Lido Palace, by prior arrangement. There is a daily supplement of € 30 per dog. To view the complete rules, click here.
