The progressive heating of the stones placed on the stove allows for an increase in temperature to 98°C. To humidify the dry air up to 20%, ice balls scented with aromatic oils are thrown onto the heat source. A session in the Finnish sauna cleanses the pores and airways, improves metabolism, promotes blood flow circulation, relaxes the central nervous system and releases muscle tension. The practice is to alternate 15 minutes in the sauna with gradual baths or cold showers.

In this type of sauna, the stay can be prolonged, given the temperatures that hover around 50-60 °C and humidity which is kept at 50%. This helps you enjoy benefits such as the stimulation of blood circulation and the cardiac system, as well as the purification of the skin and the respiratory tract.

In the warmth of this environment, with a temperature of 45 °C and 55% humidity, the skin is in the state that best responds to positive stimuli. Here we offer you different rituals every day, such as treatments to carry out independently with smoothing and nourishing products based on oils of saline origin, ideal for exfoliating and regenerating the skin.

The practice includes a 15-minute sitting, followed by 30 seconds of immersion in cold water and at least 20 minutes of total relaxation on a lounger.

Made with rock salt walls, this room has heated waterbeds where you can lie down and relax to soothe the muscles. The highly concentrated ionized salt of magnesium and potassium, nebulized in the air, and the lights, designed to create a pleasant chromo therapy situation, promote a feeling of deep relaxation.

Dedicated to those who wish to experience moments of well-being and relaxation in intimacy, this suite – which can be booked on request – consists of a Rasul bathroom, a hydro massage tub and couple's massage cabin.

Inspired by ancient traditions of well-being, the spa table is a ritual that takes place in private and includes peeling and cosmetic treatments for deep skin cleansing.

The fitness room is open 24 hours a day and features Technogym® equipment: Excite Synchro, Crossover and Run Now 500, Multipower, Kinesis One Fitness Machine, Hyperextension Machine, bike and rack with dumbbells up to 12 kg.

Possibility of private training sessions with an experienced and FIPE qualified person (€ 70 per hour).
