Sangiovese, the most cultivated vine in Italy, is used for the production of 237 D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines, with many variations. This Masterclass aims to explain the history, the differences and the correct pairing of this wonderful and versatile grape. Focusing on Tuscany, the homeland of Sangiovese, we will discover the secrets of Chianti, Brunello and much more, tasting six different expressions of this grape.
