Aurum Collection is Lido Palace’s exclusive selection of leavened creations, crafted in our pastry laboratory. The name evokes the golden hue reflected in the soft texture of our panettone. What makes them truly unique is patience: our carefully nurtured sourdough, 48 hours of rising, and an additional 24 hours to reach the perfect bake. A three-day artisanal process produces a line in three exquisite variations: the classic traditional panettone, the special edition Omkafé Coffee Panettone, and the white chocolate & forest fruits panettone.
